The cheese is characterized by a slight, balanced taste, with a long-lasting flavour of nuts and quality mould. The cheese has also been enriched with BB-12® probiotic bacteria which have a positive effect on the human body. The cheese can be used in cold dishes such as finger foods or meat and vegetable salads, as well as in dips or sauces.
